How much does a car photography shoot cost?

We offer four packages to suit a range of budgets and needs. Our standard packages are priced at $195, $295, and $395, while our comprehensive auction package is priced at $595. How many photos will I receive?

The number of images you receive depends on the package you choose. Our entry level package includes a carefully curated set of images perfect for standard listings, while our higher packages provide more comprehensive coverage including interior, exterior, and detail shots. Our auction package includes between 100 and 150 professional images. Full details are available on our services page.

How long does a car photography shoot take?

A standard shoot can take up to one and depending on the package and the number of locations used it will take up to 2 hours. Our auction package shoots typically take between two and three hours due to the comprehensive coverage required. We always take as much time as needed to get the best possible results.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

In most cases your photos will be delivered within two to three business days of your shoot. Furthermore, if you need your photos in a hurry, we offer a guaranteed 24 hour turnaround for an additional fee of $50. Just let us know when you book and we will make sure your photos are ready on time.

Where do you shoot?

We are based on the Central Coast and service Sydney and Newcastle as well as the surrounding regions. Because we come to you, we can shoot at a location of your choice — whether that is your home, a local landmark, an industrial area, or anywhere else that suits the style of your car. We are also happy to suggest locations if you are not sure where to shoot.

Do I need to wash and prepare my car before the shoot?

Yes — we always recommend giving your car a thorough wash and detail before your shoot. Because even small marks, dust, and smudges show up clearly in professional photos, a clean car will always produce better results. Furthermore, removing any clutter from the interior and wiping down the dashboard and seats will make a big difference to the quality of your interior shots.

Can I request specific shots?

Absolutely — in fact we encourage it! Because every car and every owner is different, we always take the time to discuss your vision before we start shooting. So if there are specific angles, details, or features you want to highlight, just let us know and we will make sure they are captured.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?

If the weather is unsuitable for photography on the day of your shoot, we will reschedule at no extra charge. Because great photos require good conditions, we never compromise on quality. We will work with you to find a new date that suits both parties as quickly as possible.

What format will my photos be delivered in?

Your photos will be delivered as high resolution JPEG files via an online gallery. As a result, you can easily download them and upload them directly to your listing platform, share them on social media, or send them to a print lab. Because all images are professionally edited, they are ready to use straight away with no additional editing required.

Do you photograph car meets and motorsport events?

Yes — event photography is one of our favourite things to do! Because car meets and motorsport events are full of incredible machines and passionate enthusiasts, they make for some of the most exciting and rewarding shoots we do. Do you offer commercial photography for businesses?

How do I book a shoot?
