Why Do We Know It As The Mercedes AMG C63s

So why is it called the C63? The name dates back to 1971 where AMG made their racing debut with a car nicknamed “The Red Pig”. The first car had the iconic 6.3-litre V8 engine.

The car you see here has changed very much since those days and now keeps a 4-litre V8 under the hood and it puts out a whopping 509hp and 700nm of torque. Driving this car is an exhilarating experience but it is also a luxurious one too. Mercedes do a great job creating cars that not only perform well but also give you a very comforable ride.

The Mercedes AMG C63s could be compared with both the Audi RS5 and the BMW M4. And depending on who you speak to, you might hear that the AMG comes out on top for a few different reasons. I could only imagine that anyone would be happy to drive this car either as a dedicated weekender/track day car or a daily driver. All I know is that I thoroughly enjoyed driving and shoot this car and I’m sure that I will eventually end up with one in my own garage.
